As a result of the various customer service jobs I’ve worked, one of the most important lessons I have learned is that meeting the needs of others and treating them how you would want to be treated helps them know that they are cared about. That is what I strive to do here every day. Every situation is unique and feeling like you don’t know what to do or how to do it can be very frustrating. So, when clients call in, it is my pleasure to listen to the client, letting them know that we hear and care for them, and help direct them to a resolution of their issue.
Whether you are taking care of things ahead of time or maneuvering through the process after a loved one passes, I hope that you feel heard and cared for throughout your time working us.
